The firm represents its clients in the French Labor Courts and the French Civil and Commercial Courts of the Paris region (Ile de France). We have specific experience in protecting foreign workers in French Labor Court, in recognizing the effect of foreign (U.S.) judgments before the French Courts, and in lower court and appellate procedure in France.

As far as U.S. litigation is concerned, the firm's action is limited to presenting waiver cases to the U.S. Consulate and Department of State.
